My mom hugged my sister into silence ..hushing her

I smirked and walked away

My mom called after me in a exasperated  hoarse whisper through my sisters hair.. "Cash.. Your just like your father"

I turned and smiled darkly and whispered back.. "Soph is like you.. why don't you die too?"

My mother flinched at my words and I saw the tears fill her eyes
